  Since upgrading from 4.8 to 4.9, clicking the menu button has no effect on the menu. THe menu won’t show anymore. Clicking the button does nothing. Can you fix? I have disabled all plugins just to be sure and it still doesn’t work with them all disabled. I bought this on codecanyon.
