  I just upgraded to WordPress 4.2 and Visual Composer doesn’t work when editing Text boxes: the text window is blank and does not show the existing text. Likewise, editing Headings does not show the optional Subheading text.
  
  Cosmos 2.4, Visual Composer 4.4.3, Ultimate Addons for VC 3.9.4
  
  There are updates available for VC and Ultimate Addons.

  Hi, please update theme and delete update needed plugins and reinstall them again. Those will be updated to latest version.
