What do you mean by a importing a predefined template? I followed the instructions that were in your documentation.

I have put 4 YouTube videos in the video carousel, but my website is only showing 3 and it is showing them huge in size. If it can only show three that is fine. But why are mine bigger than the demo?

Once one of the videos is clicked, it does play. But no other video can be clicked after the first one is clicked. So what really is the point of the plugin?

I feel like I have wasted my money.
