Hey there sorry for the very delayed response. Can you update the plugin from the codecanyon.net? This issue has been fixed a month ago. If your issue does not resolve with this please contact us again. Also please set the css effects to “none” first and then they will show up. I hope this helps to you.
Still, you didn’t update the addon? Please update it on your side to latest version.
