STEP #1: Installation & Setup

The first thing you need to do when you want to install a new WordPress theme is to login to your site admin page. Once there, go to Appearance -> Themes.

Here, you will see all the themes you have currently installed in your application. To add another one, simply click on the Install Themes tab. And then click to Add New button

You can simply upload it from the Themes -> Install Themes section in WordPress. To do this click on the Upload link at the top of the page.

Now, click the Choose File button, select the archive of your theme from your local computer and press the Install Now button. Please make sure; theme folder name should be only 'wp-content/themes/cosmos'. Make sure your theme files only one folder. Wrong installation folder structure like this: /wp-content/themes/cosmos-permium-wordpress-theme-files. If you use wrong folder name you won't save theme settings. For correction you should rename this folder only one name. For example: 'cosmos'

In few seconds, WordPress will upload and extract the theme archive for you. All you need to do next is to press the Activate link under the message for successful theme installation.

After the installed and activated theme, you will see the Required Plugin at the top of the admin screen. Before the start using and displaying theme you need to install that required plugins.

STEP #2: Required Plugins Installation

When activate it, Cosmos Ultimate Multipurpose & Responsive WordPress Theme will be notified some required plugins. First you should click to install required plugins button install all of them or particulary and activate all required plugins.

After the install and activate necessary plugins, you should go to the importing XML content step #3.

STEP #3: Importing Demo Content

You can install demo xml content and make your website like the theme demo (please install all necessary plugins first). If you want to begin with demo content like demo, you need to import xml content to your website like below: Go to the Tools > Import section and click to WordPress and than

select xml content file you've downloded with bundled theme zip file than click to "Upload and Import" button. All of the predefined contents will be imported to your website within a minute.

Also you can access the sample xml demo content files in the theme options > help tab.

STEP #4: Importing Widgets

You can import widgets via Widget Importer and Exporter plugin. You'll find exported widget xml file with in bundled theme zip file. Only you need to import predefined widgets via widget importer plugin. Browse and Select "cosmos-widgets.wie" file and click to import button. All predefined widgets will be imported to your website within a couple seconds.

Cosmos WordPress theme comes with 6 special widgets. You can use them as your requests.

Cosmos WordPress predefined 7 widgetized ares but you can use "Custom Sidebars" for unlimited widgetized areas plus you can create and use unlimited sidebars in any page or post.

You can use unlimited custom sidebars via Custom Sidebars plugin. For example you can use different unique sidebars each page, post, portfolio, product for your website.

1: General Options

You'll find theme options panel under the Appearance > Theme Options section. Cosmos Ultimate Multipurpose & Responsive WordPress Theme will be provide a lot of easy options for customizations for you. You can customize all of the theme part as your needs. For example If you want a new color skin you can upload new skin.css (you can prefer the css file name) to the "skins" folder an this will be appear in the theme options panel automatically. Actually theme comes with 6 predefined skins, but maybe if you need more customization you can use this trick for your feature customizations.

2: Sidebar Options

You define, change, modify, on/off sidebar options.

3: Body Styling Options

You define, change, modify body options.

4: Main Content Options

You define, change, modify main content options.

5: Logo Options

You can define your own logo or you can use text logo and options in this section.

6: Favicon Options

You can on/off header and modify favicon options.

7: Header Options

You can on/off header and modify header options.

8: Top Header Options

You can on/off topheader and modify topheader options.

9: Sub Header Options

You can on/off subheader and modify subheader options.

10: Navigation Options

You can define, change, modify, on/off navigation options as your wishes. Cosmos have tons of options for navigation.

11: Footer Options

You can define, change, modify, on/off footer options as your wishes. Cosmos have tons of options for footer.

12: Blog Options

You can define Blog page templates pages Title and Subtitle for subheader in this section.

13: Portfolio Options

You can define Portfolio main page and Title and Subtitle for subheader in this section.

14: Product Options

You can define Woocommerce pages Title and Subtitle for subheader in this section.

15: Contact Options

You can use Contact Form 7 plugin within this page as form. We used Contact Form 7 plugin in our Cosmos demo. But you can use any other contact form plugin within this page template. Cosmos already compatible with all plugins.

16: Social Options

We uses fontawesome fonts for those social icons. When fontawesome updated itself, we will update all social icons our themes.

17: Advanced Options

You can turn on/off functions in this section.

18: Custom CSS Options

You can use your own custom CSS rules within this field. This will overwriten all of the css rules.

19: Backup Options

You can backup and restore theme options anytime and import/ export theme options to other projects and save your time.

20: Help Section

Custom Post Options

When you create a new post you will see the custom post options in the new post edit or add screen. You ca customize the each post as your needs. You can use Subtitle, diffrent Header, different sidebars, tons of different background options.

Custom Page Options

When you create a new page you will see the custom page options in the new page edit or add screen. You ca customize the each page as your needs. You can use Subtitle, diffrent Header, different sidebars, tons of different background options.

Custom Portfolio Options

When you create a new portfolio you will see the custom portfolio options in the new portfolio edit or add screen. You ca customize the each portfolio as your needs. You can use Subtitle, diffrent Header, different sidebars, tons of different background options.

Visual Page Builder & Ultimate Addons

Cosmos theme comes with Visual Page Builder and Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer plugins. And you can create your contents more impressive, more effective and more rich. This addon comes with Comos theme and it will be automatically installed to your server.

You can add content elements in your contents via Drag and Drop Frontend and Backend Visual Composer.

You can add social elements in your contents via Drag and Drop Frontend and Backend Visual Composer.

You can add new added elements in your contents via Drag and Drop Frontend and Backend Visual Composer.

You can add WordPress widgets in your contents via Drag and Drop Frontend and Backend Visual Composer.

We've tested it for you and working like a charm! If you need to make it yourself ot other easy methods feel free to create your own method.

Cosmos Ultimate Responsive & Multipurpose WordPress theme icludes Layer Slider and Revolution Slider. If you already purchased Cosmos theme, you will be get this premium sliders. When the Cosmos theme activated you will be notified about the required plugins. In this case, your slider plugins wil be installerd automatically to your server.

Download item and all supporting files : How to download your theme files and all supporting files ?

1. Click on your username.
In the upper right hand corner of any MOJO page you will see your username.
2. Click on "My Purchases".

3. Scroll down to the Item.

4. Click on the "Download" Button which will drop down to a list of downloadable files related to the item.
