      Hello,

      I have put 4 YouTube videos in the video carousel, but my website is only showing 3 and it is showing them huge in size. It is not operating the way your video carousel operated on your demo.

      Once one of the videos is clicked, it does play. But no other video can be clicked after the first one is clicked.

      This screenshot that you posted on Code Canyon is very misleading.

      Why does the plugin not look like what is showcased in this screenshot?

      Also maybe you’ve missed something? Can you please share your website URL for the take a look at your issue?

      What’re your expectations? Ans What’s your test? Demo shows properly that videos and working properly and also plugin does same.

      What do you mean by a importing a predefined template? I followed the instructions that were in your documentation.

      Once one of the videos is clicked, it does play. But no other video can be clicked after the first one is clicked. So what really is the point of the plugin?

      I feel like I have wasted my money.

      Before the make comments or get help from us please make sure you did setup properly your site with the plugin and plugin settings and videos.

      I followed your documentation. Your documentation does not tell me to import a predefined template.

      This is what your documentation says:

      2. Usage
      Video Carousel Addon has very simple usage. When create a page with Visual Composer, click to add element icon “+”
      You’ll see the “Video Carousel” button.
      When click to the “Video Carousel” icon, Video Carousel Settings” popup will opened and you will be able to define options.

      Please correct your documentation if you want to say something about a predefined template.

      What’s your browser? Chrome Safari or? As far as checked your site it’s displaying the same size.

      When you clicked on one of the videos and you want to click another one you should drag another and click to play.

      So you should click each other with drag. Ans you should display the next video via drag move.

      What’s your purpose? Do you want to use this plugin or? If you didn’t satisfy the plugin please put your refund request.

      Plugin working and allowed to use like as the %100 demo. Please check demo before the purchase any plugin.
