Hello. I just purchased your plugin (Overlay Menu) and was surprised to find out it doesn’t have a shortcode for placing the menu icon. I was going to go through the code and just add it myself in the desired location in the template but I have a weird bug.

Once I click the icon once, it becomes “true” string (both in the overlay menu on the top left side and in the actual position on the website).

I purchased the plugin without too much research as it had high reviews, promising features and the promise of 30 day refund (which I then was surprised to see the notification on this website that you dont issue refunds).

I would love to say that I’d be patient for the fix but I’m close to my deadline and need an immidiate solution which is why I kept searching and bought an alternative plugin.

Hey there, thanks for the chose our items, sorry for the issue happens for your side.

We’ll update the Overlay Menu WordPress plugin now with shortcode and fixed version v1.0.8 I hope it works for your better.

You can use two shortcodes anywhere:

    [overlay_menu_nav] and [overlay_menu]

    anywhere now.

    Regards
    Kevin J.

    Hey again.

First of all the shortcode is a wonderful addition but I find a hard time making it work (clicking on the menu added by a shortcode is not doing anything).

Another suggestion, with the shortcode feature added, you should allow users to disable the default placement of the icon in the menu (it currently has some options such as placing it within the nav bar, outside static and outside fixed).

Thanks for the fast reply and bug fixes!
