      Ultimate VC add ons doesn’t work, i try to deactivate and reactivate it but nothing.
      I cannot work or modify any element in the pages.

      Hey there,

      “For the plugin updates you need to deactivate and delete old version of the plugin then you can install it via plugin installer over the theme. ”

      You’ll get new version of the premium plugins with this way. Also you don’t need to any activation keys for them.

      So finally you need to delete Ultimate VC Addons and reinstall over the theme.

      I can’t find it in the installer

      It’s under the Appearance > Install Plugins section.
