    I also tried to use the default wordpress theme and the plugin still didn’t work 🙁

    Hello,

    I am having the exact same issue. Any help with this would be appreciated. I need to have this working very quickly so I hope you can help me soon 🙂

    I tried turning of the preloader and adding custom .css to my VC but nothing worked 🙁
