I am also having a problem with this plugin, in stalled it and followed documentation but on the page itself it shows as blank ? Just bought the plugin yesterday.

Also you don’t need to do any video gallery for this. Just click to the VC template button and pick up any one of the templates.

It’ll be inserted automatically. Just maybe you need to change video thumbnails if you want to change them. Otherwise it’ll be read thumbs from the videos automatically from the video source.

” Please revert back it to original version and see what’s happening.

It’ll be work properly after the turn back to original version.

Also you need to set main video width and height. Seem those are not set.

Then please check your plugins. One of them attempting to create a div under the main video div as pre loader. So this is causing the issue.

After the disabled preloader thing it will be displayed like below:

And it’s creating a preloader to any media via hooks.

Yes these rules resolved the problem now: (I’ve also updated the plugin to latest version. This version will be release on codecanyon soon.)

Hey @kcawte just find your preloader class and add this css into the Visual Composer custom CSS area: SOme of the themes includes custom preloader and they injected to Video Gallery div. If you need quick assist please sent us your wp admin info via email. info @ themeofwp.com
